Former Olympic snowboarder Ryan Wedding, whom federal authorities accuse of running a massive drug ring and working closely with the notorious Sinaloa cartel, is now being charged with ordering the murder of witness who was set to testify against him. Wedding, who competed for Canada at the 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City, was added to the FBI's list of 10 most wanted fugitives in March. That reward has now been increased to $15 million.
