The Loop jump is a combination of strength, timing, alignment and power… sounds simple right?😅 A common issue for skaters struggling on their loop, is that they can’t get the lift up and into the air position. Most beginner riders make the same 3 mistakes when they hit a jump 👇 1️⃣ Knees forward, head up – wrong. You want your back to the sky and your torso at a near 90° to your quads. That’s your neutral zone. Too far forward = endo. Too far back = loop out. 2️⃣ Arms straight – mistake. Keep them bent. That gives you room to absorb or extend when the bike shifts under you.
