Start up after replacing a bad starter. Customer states after returning home for a trip with low power, only able to achieve 4200 rpm. The next day his motor would not start. He diagnosed the starter as being bad by removing it and bench testing it. He installed the new starter and this is what the motor sounded like after starting it.
