What grows on a maple leaf?🍁

Would I rather sweeten with honey or maple syrup you ask? Maple syrup all the way. Not only do I love the taste, but it also has a lower glycemic load than many other common sweeteners, including honey. That means it raises blood sugar more gradually, something I always look for when choosing how to sweeten foods.
