Mayur Gupta on Instagram: "COCONUT GARLIC CHUTNEY • In a pan add cooking oil • Add 15-20 Garlic cloves, roast it until it turns golden brown and keep it a side • In the same pan add ¼ cup Peanuts and roast them until it turns crunchy • Add 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds • Add ½ cup dry grated Coconut, roast them until it turns golden brown and keep it a side • Once cooled transfer it to a grinding jar • Add 1.5 Tbsp Red Chili powder • Add Salt, coarsely grind it and Enjoy! #MaharashtrianFood #IndianFoodRee
