As mentioned previously, it would be wise to verify the PSN account holder/owner when there is a dispute regarding the unauthorised link to an EA account. It's pointless verifying the person , who's making the dispute, against the EA account they're disputing isn't their account.

It sounds like you had a PSN Account that was tied to an EA account, you unlinked that account which would result in losing your items, progress, etc as they are saved on an EA account level. You now have the PSN linked to a new EA account and your account has gone through the Cross Progression process but does not have your items, progress, etc.

POSTDATA: For a quicker resolution, let the EA agent know that the unlink button isn't visible, and you need assistance in removing a PSN account. The agent will ask security questions to confirm the account you want to unlink. After this verification, the unlink button will become available for the remaining account. Glad if this helps you.
