Scars realistically take up to 2 years to fully mature. You did a great job managing the early stage of the scar with the dressings. It would be smart to start using your tretinoin now. The frequency of Tretinoin application is typically dictated by the strength. Your skin will dictate what you can tolerate. A thought would be to use the TNS and HA5 in the mornings, and Tretinoin at night.

I use Tretinoin for anti-aging purposes, but my skin gets dry in the winter. I understand why Vaseline would dilute the effectiveness of Tretinoin if applied before Tretinoin, but would it essentially lock it in while also preventing moisture if applied after Tretinoin? Or even 20-30 minutes after applying Tretinoin?
