Georgie is Bill Denbrough 's younger brother and the first on-screen victim of Pennywise. Georgie's 1st seen with his brother who's sick and making a paper sailboat for Georgie. As in the novel and film, his boat goes into a sewer drain and he meets Pennywise, who talks to Georgie prior to biting his arm off and letting him bleed to death.
