Sold my soul to amazon in sep 2021 to CRETs and they are just now breaking at the toe on the outside but are still wearable and got the still good to wear by safety at my building.

So, I tried to contact customer service through text and phone. Been hours and no response to text. And hung up after waiting forever on hold. They used to be so responsive.

When it asks you for your credentials make sure everything is small lettering no caps. If you have a nickname use that instead of your birth name. And, lastly your badge ID name.
