Warner Bros. Discovery said it plans to add veteran tech investor Anton Levy as an independent director on its soon-to-expand board of directors.

Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ:WBD) is adding Anton Levy to the entertainment company's board. The entertainment giant, which owns TV networks including CNN, TNT and TBS, is adding Levy, who was most recently co-president of private equity firm General Atlantic,
