Charges against a deadly shooting suspect were upgraded Thursday afternoon following an autopsy on the victim.

Michael Zammiello had originally been charged with one count of manslaughter, but the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office upgraded the charge after an autopsy.

When deputies arrived at the home on Amber Ridge Lane in Valrico, they found Shirley St. Pearre, 73, who had been shot in the head. She was taken to a local hospital, where she later died.
