Roche on Tuesday said it will invest $50 billion in the United States over the next five years, in one of the biggest inward investment moves by companies dealing with President Donald Trump's tariffs policy.

Swiss pharmaceutical giant Roche on Tuesday said it will invest $50 billion in the United States in the next five years. The commitment includes new state-of-the art research and development sites as well as new and expanded manufacturing facilities in Indiana,

The Basel-based company said the investment would go toward high-tech research and development sites and new manufacturing facilities in places including Massachusetts, California, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.
