It's rare to see a full-on putter punt, but Kizzire certainly got his money's worth from this little meltdown as his putter flew a good 20 yards with a bent shaft. He then cleaned up with a wedge to finish the hole but withdrew from the tournament a short time later citing a back injury.

Patton Kizzire kicked his putter so far into the air in a fury on the PGA Tour on Thursday that not only must he have interested the punting team coaches of the NFL, but he also put his back out and was forced to withdraw from the Valspar Championship.

The punt traveled 20 yards with three seconds of hang time, 30 feet high. It was a bomb. This was not the first time that Kizzire rendered a club unusable at a tournament.
