A man accused of murdering his 13-year-old daughter in Ohio may face the death penalty after being indicted on a slew of new charges.

Jones is facing multiple counts of aggravated murder, rape, kidnapping and other charges in the death of 13-year-old Kei'Mani Latigue.

The police report says the 13-year-old's pajama bottoms and underwear were found on the dining room floor of the home where she disappeared.

Jones is charged with aggravated murder, rape, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, endangering children, gross abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence.
