The Bulldogs formally announced the hires of Harley Fuller, Brian Merritt, Bruce Shingler and Derrick Wall in a Wednesday afternoon release.

Ashley Fuller, a family nurse practitioner, has joined Ballad Health CVA Heart Institute – Kingsport, specializing in cardiovascular medicine.
