Lottery officials are continuing to search for the lucky winner of a $349 million Mega Millions jackpot, with the winning ticket being sold in DeKalb County.

Mega Millions will raise ticket prices from $2 to $5, a move the lottery said will help raise the average jackpot win from about $450 million to more than $800 million, while also allowing the jackpot to reset to $50 million instead of $20 million after a winning ticket is sold.

Sharps, including needles, syringes and lancets, collected from private citizens are a household waste. Applicants may be eligible for funding of up to $35,000 to cover expenses incurred in collecting, storing and disposing of used sharps.
