Jordan's 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports filed a lawsuit against the organization in October, in which they called NASCAR "monopolistic bullies"

NASCAR has now brought a counterclaim against the teams and Curtis Polk — a 23XI co-owner who has advised Jordan for decades.

NASCAR stated in court documents that the two teams and Curtis Polk “embarked on a strategy to threaten, coerce, and extort NASCAR into meeting their demands for better contract and financial terms.”
