Beyoncé makes Grammys history with ‘Cowboy Carter,’ becomes meme with reaction to win
Beyoncé was the most nominated artist at the 2025 Grammys with 11 nods, but her journey to the country win in particular was hard won. She made “Cowboy Carter,” released in March, after the response to her performance of her song “Daddy Lessons” with the Chicks at the Country Music Association Awards in 2016.
