Dothan Warehouse in Alabama is investing $5.2 million to expand its temperature-controlled storage space to meet growing demand after selling its frozen facility to Vertical Cold Storage.

The 122,949-square-foot, multi-temperature facility is expected to open by the end of this year following a Jan. 23 groundbreaking ceremony.
