Nico Iamaleava officially announced his transfer to UCLA, finalizing his controversial departure from Tennessee. The young quarterback could emerge as a game-changer for the Bruins if he lives up to his potential.

Joey Aguilar broke records at Appalachian State and transferred to UCLA. He was going to be UCLA's starting quarterback until Nico Iamaleava arrived.

That all being said, UCLA won't automatically become a CFP contender in 2025, let alone a Big Ten contender. Iamaleava still has three years of eligibility remaining and will need most if not all that time to develop the Bruins into a formidable force.
