Roll out the dough into a square sheet 2mm thick ... 1. Cut the o-age into 2cm cubes. 2. Add the rinsed rice and water to a rice cooker, then evenly spread the diced o-age on top.
Then use a floured rolling pin to roll the dough out until it’s about 2cm thick. Use a round cookie cutter to press out circles of dough to make your scones. You should be able to make six.
