A Powerball ticket sold in California won $39,316 but just missed the $462 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched four winning numbers and the Powerball in the drawing Monday, March 24, the California Lottery said.

The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on Monday, March 24, 2025, are: 6, 23, 35, 36, 47 No one won the Powerball jackpot or the Match 5 + Power Play $2 million prize, but two lucky people in Florida and New Jersey each won the Match 5 $1 million prize.

More than 515,000 other Powerball tickets sold in the United States also won prizes ranging from $4 to $100,000, the lottery said. The Powerball jackpot was last won Jan. 18, when an Oregon player hit the $329 million grand prize, lottery officials said.
