The New York Knicks were two quarters away from staring at an early vacation on Sunday night, before yet another rousing comeback led to a crucial 106-100 Game 3 victory over the Indiana Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in the Eastern Conference finals.

In their first two playoff series, the Knicks' starting five was outscored by a combined 52 points. But the team executed when it mattered against the Pistons and came back from 20-point deficits twice against Boston en route to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Tom Thibodeau pulled the trigger. The Knicks coach finally saw enough from his struggling starting lineup to make a move. For Sunday night’s must-win Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals, Thibodeau sent Josh Hart to the bench and replaced him with Mitchell Robinson in his first five.
