Vice President and proud Ohio State alum JD Vance tried to help the Buckeyes celebrate their NCAA football championship during a White House visit Monday — but ended up fumbling their trophy.

"I don't know who let the guy over in the corner here, in a Michigan hat, into this celebration," the Vice President said. "But I'm about to tell the Secret Service, 'You've got a dangerous weapon, sir.

According to the Daily Wire, Vance, an Ohio State graduate, attempted to house the trophy Monday when the two pieces — the upper golden part and black base — separated and fell as Vance tried to recover his fumble in front of the Buckeyes team.
