Three teenagers were hospitalized early Monday after a drive-by shooting in east Houston, according to the Houston Police Department. HPD Capt. Jonathan French said officers responded around 1:30 a.m.

Last year, the cut nearly 80 routes, affecting close to 30,000 students. Now some of those routes are coming back.
