The Fisher-Price 3-in-1 SnugaPuppy Activity Centre has been recalled due to fears the detachable tissue box attached to the toy can come apart, exposing the small support brackets to young children.

Fisher-Price has recalled over 253,000 avocado toast toys, including 4,500 sold in Canada, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
