Cara Frank is alive today after a team of Chicago firefighters and paramedics responded to a cardiac arrest call last summer.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — A woman reunited on Tuesday with the D.C. first responder who saved her life. She experienced cardiac arrest last month while participating in the Cherry Blossom 10K run.
