Mumbai: Even as the revamped Bandra fort and garden adjacent to it are yet to be opened to visitors, disgruntled voices have spoken out against the distortions to the heritage site and its companion.

MUMBAI: Santacruz-resident Debasish Chakraverty has been visiting the Bandra fort since he was a child. But on Thursday morning, he was shocked to see the structure surrounded by cement bags.
