Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, who are charged with rape and human trafficking in Romania, have had their presence in Florida scrutinized after a travel ban against them was lifted.

The alleged incident took place in Beverly Hills less than two weeks after Tate arrived in the United States from Romania.

Andrew and Tristan Tate landed in Romania early Saturday, where they are expected to report to police on Monday as part of their ongoing human trafficking case.
