Like all carbon steel pans, this does need some maintenance ... This pan is available in two sizes, 10.25 inches, and 12.6 inches, so you can find one that fits your cooking and storage needs.

Our favorite carbon steel skillet was from Mauviel. This lightweight pan released foods easily and was a pleasure to use. We also liked this model from Vollrath, which was a tad cheaper.
