Heading into the peak of NBA trade season between Thanksgiving and the Feb. 6 trade deadline, the Indiana Pacers were struggling and were expected to make a large roster move. However, since Jan. 1, Indiana is 8-1 and is surging up the standings, looking the part of a postseason team.

The Pacers and the Spurs are an even 5-5 against one another since November of 2018, but not for long. The Indiana Pacers will take on the San Antonio Spurs at 2:00 p.m. ET on Thursday at Accor Arena after having had a few days off.
