The Los Angeles Lakers pulled off arguably the most shocking trade in NBA history when they acquired Luka Doncic from the Dallas Mavericks in exchange for Anthony Davis last month. Though the Mavericks initially approached the Lakers about the trade, the Lakers had their own motivations for going through with the blockbuster deal.

Mark Cuban, current minority owner and former principle owner of the Mavericks, thinks the team could have gotten a "better deal" for Luka Doncic.

Devin Booker was asked to comment on Luka Doncic's absence from the Dallas Mavericks since his massive trade to the Los Angeles Lakers. Booker noted that Doncic's absence is definitely felt on the team.
