CINCINNATI ( Cincinnati Business Courier) - The second Dolly’s Burgers & Shakes is now open in a former shuttered Tri-State Frisch’s, and the company’s CEO says he’s got no plans to slow down. On March 11, Dolly’s officially opened in Anderson Township at 7706 Beechmont Ave. in the former Frisch’s building that closed late last year.
