Rulings in both a lawsuit and ethics complaint against the Clark County councilors delivered a double dose of bad news for Ridgefield resident Rob Anderson, who filed both.

The Clark County Council has reversed course — again — on a resource lands study needed to consider proposed urban growth boundary expansions from Ridgefield, La Center and Battle Ground.
