Minutes executive producer Bill Owens announced his resignation from the show in a Tuesday memo, claiming that he has lost editorial control as the Trump administration advances its lawsuit against CBS.

Bill Owens’ departure from the Sunday news magazine comes as CBS faces a $20 billion lawsuit from President Trump and the network’s parent company works towards a multimillion-dollar sale.
