Conner Mantz was the top American finisher at the 2025 Boston Marathon. He crossed the finish line in fourth place, just behind Alphonce Felix Simbu of Tanzania and Cybrian Kotut of Kenya. Mantz, who is 28 years old, is from Provo, Utah. He ran cross country at Brigham Young University.

In the women’s wheelchair division, Susannah Scaroni of Urbana, Ill., Illinois, was the champion with a time of 1:31:19.
