A man has died after the car he was in fell into the sea following a crash on Scarborough’s East Pier, police have confirmed.

A 16-year-old Whitby student had the honour of attending the VE Day service concert at London’s Westminster Abbey.

The weekend will feature the UK Dance Anthems Orchestra and the UK Proms Orchestra, hosted by Rob Rinder and Arielle Free.
