SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) -Union Pacific will dismantle its machine shop along the Sparks railroad tracks at the end of Pyramid Way. Union Pacific owns the property along the tracks at Nugget Avenue.

a building older than the city of Sparks itself, is set to be demolished by Union Pacific Railroad. The building had been the focus of preservation efforts after its lease expired earlier this year.
