Andy Austin, a Billings-native and wildlife photographer is launching a new book called the Montana Coffee Table Book.

The Milltown Water Right, co-owned by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and the state, could be used to augment flows in the Clark Fork and Blackfoot rivers.
