According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the former Clemson standout has already visited the Carolina Panthers and is meeting with the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday. The Raiders, who originally drafted Renfrow in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, released him in March 2024 after he recorded 25 catches for 255 yards with no touchdowns in 2023.

Former Raiders Pro Bowl receiver Hunter Renfrow will visit his former team Friday as he attempts an NFL comeback.

The Las Vegas Raiders traded for quarterback Geno Smith from the Seattle Seahawks earlier this month, bringing in the team's next starting quarterback. The Raiders were one of several teams in need of a quarterback this offseason, and they took the route of trading for Smith over signing a free agent or solely pursuing a signal-caller in the draft.
