“The UC Davis community is saddened by the news that individuals enjoying a day at Community Park in Davis were injured in a shooting Saturday afternoon,” a UC Davis Facebook post read.

The FBI is now involved in the Davis Picnic Day shooting investigation. Three people were injured in the shooting, including two teens and a 24-year-old.
