This afternoon the Ohio State women’s hockey team will be vying for their third national title in the last four years when they battle Wisconsin in the final of the Frozen Four in Minneapolis.

MINNEAPOLIS – Kirsten Simms tied the Frozen Four championship game on a penalty shot and won it in overtime on a rebound to give Wisconsin a 4-3 victory over Ohio State on Sunday at Ridder Arena.
