There are no changes for the 2023 model year. All CX-9 models run with Mazda’s Skyactiv-G 2.5 turbo four-cylinder hooked to a six-speed automatic transmission with manual and sport modes.

The Mazda 2 has a reasonably plush interior ... is that it’s the only version you can have with the range-topping Skyactiv G 115 engine, which is the best performer in the lineup.
