TOKYO – Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. (TEPCO) announced Monday it will dismantle treated water tanks in the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant starting Feb. 13 at the earliest.

Rafael Grossi, director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, will visit nuclear power plants in Japan on Feb. 18-20, Japanese Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya said Tuesday.
