The center's one-stop shop model is in a 67,000 square-foot former Kroger on Refugee Road in the Eastland neighborhood.

The Eastland Prosperity Center will be a 67,000-square-foot facility for nutritious food, health care and social services.

The new downtown facility at 300 W. Michigan Ave. will open Monday, June 2 in the former Eastern Michigan University College of Business.
