Courtyard by Marriott opens first Northern Territory hotel in Darwin The world’s leading hotel chain has just opened its first Darwin hotel.

Courtyard St. Petersburg Downtown opened in 2006 after completing a renovation of the building’s previous tenant, the Pennsylvania Hotel, which was built in 1925.

The conversion of the office building on Broadway to a hotel is believed to be the largest in California in recent memory.
