The Buffalo Bills’ trade with the Cleveland Browns on Oct. 15 put a five-time Pro Bowl wide receiver into the AFC contender’s lineup. But other than a six-catch, 95-yard performance against the Los Angeles Rams on Dec. 8, Amari Cooper’s contributions haven’t matched his resume.
