Tayton Conerway scored 18 points to lead Troy past Old Dominion 75-59 in the quarterfinal round of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament in Pensacola on Saturday night.
Conerway, who earlier this week was named the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year, leads Troy in scoring with 13.7 points while shooting 46.6 percent from the field. He leads the team in assists with five per game and is tied for second in rebounds with 4.7 an outing.
