As Donald Trump prepares to be sworn in for his second term, a bevy of political leaders, tech CEOs, celebrities and others are in attendance in the U.S. Capitol.

Former Vice President Mike Pence said on Friday that he “welcomed” his interaction with his one-time boss and running mate, Donald Trump when the two men met face to face for the first time in four years at former President Jimmy Carter’s funeral.

VP said President-elect Trump 'endangered my family' on Jan. 6, 2021, but he will attend the ceremony cementing his old running mate's return.

"Today, I will attend the Inauguration of President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance at the U. S. Capitol," Pence wrote on X. "This is a day when every American does well to celebrate our democracy and the peaceful transfer of power under the Constitution of the United States."

Former Vice President Mike Pence said in a new interview that he ... since Trump pushed Pence not to certify the votes for Joe Biden's electoral victory almost exactly four years ago.
