New York Gov. Kathy Hochul declined to say whether former Gov. Andrew Cuomo was fit to serve as mayor of New York City on Monday during an interview.

Cuomo talked about the need to build affordable housing and his record of building things, including extending the Second Avenue subway, constructing the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, and updating the Moynihan Train Hall. Meanwhile, Gov. Kathy Hochul, who replaced Cuomo after his resignation, was non-committal about his entry into the race.
